In 1967, brilliant scientist Dr. Alfred Tagholm was awarded a government grant to conduct experiments and perform research that could be used toward the eventual cures for several diseases. But Tagholm was bored by the mediocrity of medical research. He was the best scientist in his field and his interests went far beyond what was asked of him. Now that he had the money, he could also perform his own experiments for his most passionate project - cloning humans. Not just any humans, he wanted to take the DNA left behind from some of the most prominent individuals in history and create future heads of state, military leaders, brilliant doctors, etc. This was Tagholm’s life goal and he was convinced that this was to be the most amazing scientific development in all of history.
He was wrong.
